After obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics at the University of Hohenheim, Stefan Fauth became a M.Sc. student in Quantitative Data Science Methods at the University of Tübingen. In addition to his experience in a corporate environment as a Data Scientist, he spent time abroad at the Pusan National University and Korea University in South Korea, which ignited his research interest in large language models and machine translation. Currently, he is working with the EML group on audio captioning using large pre-trained language models.
